Dalin Designs does offer custom sizes and commissioned artworks by artist Dalin Alejandrino. The creative process is flexible. The artist will engage directly with the client via email or online meeting to develop the creative brief and understand desired outcomes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm commission (non-refundable). Please contact Dalin at hello@dalinalejandrino.com to commission an artwork for your space.


Dalin Designs does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind about an artwork. Refunds will be strictly at the discretion of the artist. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Dalin Alejandrino within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of the artwork. 

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, no damages or marks, and placed back in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@dalinalejandrino.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Custom products (such as commissioned artworks) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Due to the nature of each artwork being original and one-off designs, we do not offer exchanges.


Although Dalin Designs makes every effort to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital screens means colours may vary slightly.


Artworks shown in some images are not to scale. Please refer to artwork description for dimensions of each painting.


Artworks DO NOT come with framing included unless stated in the product description. We can arrange bespoke framing in natural Tasmanian oak, white or black float frame for your purchased artwork/s. Framing of artworks are done by professional crafters who specialise in fine arts framing. Please email hello@dalinalejandrino.com for a framing quote.


All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are charged at the current exchange rate.


We offer free shipping Australia-wide. For international customers, please email hello@dalinalejandrino.com for a shipping quote. 

Dalin Designs will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during domestic delivery or international shipment. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in delivery or shipment a claim needs to be lodged with the shipping service provider used and not with Dalin Designs.

All orders will receive a tracking number via Australia Post. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Dalin Designs is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. Dalin Designs cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

Due to additional border and COVID-19 restrictions, your order might result in longer than usual deliveries.


Dalin Designs is not liable to pay any of the buyer's international import taxes or duties associated with the purchase and delivery of the artwork/s. The buyer assumes all responsibility for these possible costs. We recommend speaking to your local customs department if you are concerned about any artwork import taxes or duties associated with the purchase of the artwork from this website.
